Please note, once an order is received by AAM Esthetics, we may not have the item in stock at our facility, and will need to order the item for you, from the brand itself. This is why the shipping may take longer than other companies. Please expect 10-14 days for us to receive your item and for your package to be shipped (although in most cases, we are faster than this).

Once we ship your item, you will be sent a fulfillment email with a tracking ID number.

If an item in your order cannot be fulfilled due to the inventory levels of the brand itself, a full refund for the item will be returned to you, as well as a discount code for the inconvenience.
